Shivaun Elliott is a dedicated mental health educator and the founder of Empatheia Training Ltd, delivering high-quality, evidence-informed training to individuals and organisations across the UK. With over 12 years of frontline experience in healthcare and emergency services, Shivaun brings deep insight, empathy, and real-world relevance to every session she leads.
For the past two years, she has worked extensively with the largest fire service in the country, delivering mental health awareness training to help support the wellbeing of frontline responders and their teams.
