Welcome to Empatheia Training Ltd

Empowering Minds. Transforming Lives.

At Empatheia Training Ltd, we believe that mental health awareness is not just a personal responsibility — it’s a vital component of a healthy, productive workplace. Our mission is to deliver impactful, evidence-based training that equips both employers and employees with the tools, empathy, and understanding to create mentally healthy environments.

Mental health challenges affect 1 in 4 people in the UK each year (Mind, 2023), and the effects are felt in every corner of society — especially in the workplace. According to Deloitte’s Mental Health and Employers report (2022), poor mental health costs UK employers up to £56 billion annually through absenteeism, presenteeism, and staff turnover. Despite this, stigma and lack of understanding remain common barriers to effective support.
